Finding the balance

[Article Abstract]

An awesome wave of aging is bearing down on America, washing over every aspect of our lives, reaching into our homes and jobs. The aging of America is driving a tremendous growth in family caregiving, where working-aged persons struggle to balance their job responsibilities with the responsibility of caring for an older relative.
